Privacy policy

Panamerican Studios is Merari Biancucci’s portrait studio in Palmetto Bay, FL. This page explains what we collect when you visit this site or save a place in the series, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you save your place, we keep your name, email, phone number and your answer about whether your portrait may be shared. If you answer the short survey, we keep your answers, and if you book a call, the time you picked.

When you visit, we count visits with Plausible Analytics, which sets no cookies and collects nothing that identifies you: only totals such as how many people visited and which pages they read. Like any website, our host keeps short-lived technical logs, and the page’s fonts load from Google Fonts.

How we use it

Only to talk with you about the series: to answer your questions, arrange your call and plan your session. We may reach you by phone, WhatsApp, iMessage, text message or email, always from our own number and address. Tell us to stop at any time, on any of those, and we will.

Some emails go out on their own. When you book a call, we email you its time, and again two hours before it. If you save your place without booking, we send one welcome email instead. Reply to any of them and it reaches Merari Biancucci directly.

We never sell your information or share it with anyone for advertising. The only others who handle it are the services that run this site and our messages for us, and only for that purpose: Convex stores what you send us, Resend delivers our emails, and Cloudflare hosts this site and runs a quick check, Turnstile, that the person saving a place is not a bot.

Your portraits

If you said yes when you saved your place, your portrait may be shown on our website, blog and social media. You can change your mind at any time, and we won’t use it in anything new from then on.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep your details for as long as we need them for the series and our business records. Ask us, and we will show you what we hold, correct it or delete it.

Who this is for

This series is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
